Doug has been involved in almost every aspect of real estate, including residential (1-4 unit) sales and mortgages, multi-family mortgages, subdivision development, hard money loans, and commercial mortgages. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Marketing and has completed two years of work on his Masters in Taxation. Doug’s expertise in the areas of real estate and mortgage are so highly respected he has worked with several high-profile attorneys as an expert witness for real estate and credit-related issues. In addition to his full-time brokerage, he is a loan officer for Bay Equity, United Mortgage and several other national lenders. He holds a Federal Mortgage Security license #358231.
